At dentalhouse Victoria Dental Arts, digital and panoramic X-rays help us provide patients with dental care.
Technologies at Our Dental Clinic
We use technology at dentalhouse Victoria Dental Arts to help us plan treatments and make your dental appointments as efficient as possible. In our treatment rooms, we have digital X-rays to show you any issues in your mouth and guide you through your treatment plan.
We're on a mission to provide patients with dental care while also keeping them up to date on their oral health. This is made possible by dental technology.
Digital X-Rays
Instead of traditional photographic X-ray film, our dentists use digital X-rays to produce computer images of the teeth and gums. They also capture other oral structures and conditions. This allows your dentist to examine parts of the mouth that won't be visible to the naked eye.
Panoramic X-Rays
Using panoramic X-rays, your dentist can capture a single image of your entire mouth - a flat representation of your teeth, upper and lower jaws, temporomandibular joints (TMJ), and nasal and sinus structures. Panoramic X-rays are often used to help plan treatments.
iTero Intraoral Scanners
With the iTero® intraoral scanner, our dentists create digital dental impressions. These scans can be previewed in real-time, and are an ideal alternative to traditional dental impressions which can be time-consuming and messy.
